music that speaks to my heart

i love music. even after everything that i have gone through with life i would always go back to music and everything seemed to be better. i've gone from pop music to rock in my teenage years to solely classical music in my uni days and then after edm and kpop. talk about weird transitions.

i used to be a purist and only listened to classical music when i was doing my music degree. i literally condemned any thing that was not composed in a typical classical sense. but as time passed, and a random holiday where i met a dj and had conversations about music with, i opened my ears to different genres.

so here is my list of music that i have been listening to these days. it definitely won't be super friendly to those who are set in one genre, but i think its fun.

for me at least.

i have only watched 3 movies from studio ghibli but the music in all of them can really touch your heart. this is the current video that i have on loop while at work. its soothing to just play it in the background (while i try not to kill whoever that i was emailing at that moment).
